Bret’s expertise centers on 50+ unit transactions involving add-value opportunities, community re-positions, institutional forecloses, REO, short sales, 1st note sales and condominium conversions. Bret has transacted with some of the largest multifamily owners in the country including AIMCO, Equity Residential, Holland Partners, Acacia Capital, Weidner Homes, and Alliance Residential. Bret leverages the Kidder Mathews extensive platform to deliver exceptionally high-quality information and service to his clients.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Bret successfully facilitated the sale of 61 multifamily assets, totaling 14, 560 units from 2002 through 2015 on behalf of his clients with Transwestern, ARA, Colliers International, and Hendricks & Partners.
