Gregg Yrigoyen

Gregg Yrigoyen is a property manager in the Kidder Mathews Portland office.

Gregg manages over 1.5 million square feet of office, retail and industrial properties. He oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations, budgeting, CAM reconciliation, vendor selection, landlord and tenant relations, lease renewals, financial reporting, and construction management.

Gregg began his career in commercial asset management in 2021 specializing in office, retail, and industrial providing both landlord and tenant representation. Gregg is a licensed broker in the states of Oregon and Washington. Previously, Gregg worked in retail, human resources, and training and development.

Gregg has a B.S. degree in human resources management from Ashford University and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Oregon and Washington.
