James Yalowitz

James Yalowitz specializes in office tenant advisory and development land sales in the Puget Sound region.

He has deep expertise in navigating complex lease negotiations and land assemblages, as well as identifying off-market opportunities to best serve clients’ needs.

Prior to Kidder Mathews, James worked at Colliers as an office leasing specialist. Before joining Colliers, he was a marketing and research specialist with Denver-based commercial real estate firm Unique Properties, LLC., working closely with two of the firm’s top-grossing investment property agents.
