Karen Xenos is a property manager, with deep construction and development experience, based in Kidder Mathews’ Seattle office. Karen has over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential property management, specializing in new development, repositioning of properties, multi-site operations, and market branding. Karen’s expertise includes client relationships, fiscal budgets, tenant improvement projects, tenant relations, and vendor contracts and negotiation.
Before Kidder Mathews, Karen worked with Redstone Group based in Surrey, Canada. For over 17 years, she worked on local residential/retail development projects with Goodman Real Estate, managing retail properties, business parks, and multi-family properties.
