Adrienne Wood

Adrienne Wood is a Senior Property Manager in Kidder Mathews’ San Diego office.

Adrienne currently manages a retail portfolio for several private equity clients. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations, including budgeting, project management, strategic planning/analysis, lease administration, vendor management, financial reporting as well as maintaining strong client and tenant relationships. Adrienne has over 18 years of experience in asset management overseeing office, industrial, medical and retail properties for both institutional and private equity clients. She is highly proficient with leading teams, maximizing operational efficiency and managing large multi-million dollar capital projects.

Education

Adrienne holds a real estate license in the state of California. She also graduated with honors earning a Bachelor of Science in business administration with an emphasis in management from San Diego State University.
