Everett Wong

Everett Wong is a senior vice president at Kidder Mathews with nearly 20 years of experience specializing in multifamily investment sales throughout Los Angeles.

Everett advises buyers and sellers on investment strategy, market positioning, and navigating one of the country’s most tightly regulated apartment markets. He brings a level of granularity to deal execution that comes only from having sat on every side of the table.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Everett led the Los Angeles multifamily investment sales team at a nationally recognized commercial real estate services firm. In addition, he led residential leasing and marketing for one of the West Coast’s largest publicly traded REITs. He is also an active owner and operator of multifamily and commercial real estate throughout the Los Angeles basin, giving him firsthand insight into the opportunities and challenges investors face at every stage of ownership—from acquisition and stabilization to disposition.

Everett is known for translating complex market data, a shifting regulatory terrain, and evolving financing conditions into clear, decisive guidance. He has built a reputation as a trusted advisor across the capital spectrum with clients spanning from first-time investors to some of Los Angeles’ largest and most sophisticated private ownership groups.

A native Angeleno, Everett brings a deep, generational understanding of the city’s neighborhoods and market dynamics that only comes from calling Los Angeles home. Outside of work, he’s most often found spending time with family and friends.
