John Witherall is a senior vice president with Kidder Mathews specializing in the leasing and selling of industrial real estate in North San Diego County. He joined Kidder Mathews from Colliers International with over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. He works closely with business owners, property owners, developers, and financial institutions to help formulate and execute a comprehensive real estate strategy to achieve his client’s goals and objectives.
John has experience working with large institutional investors as well as small local business owners. He has completed over 1,200 lease and sale transactions since 2006 throughout North San Diego County.
John lives in Carlsbad with his wife, Amy, and their two sons.
