During his career, Burke as worked on over 5,100,000 SF of tenant rep corporate acquisitions and dispositions. In addition, Burke has represented investors in the acquisition and dispositions of over 4,500,000 SF of office, R&D, and industrial product types.
Burke Weismann started his commercial real estate career approximately 40 years ago after graduating from UCSB with a degree in economics. Burke took a position after college at Grubb & Ellis where he specialized in the leasing of R&D, Office, and industrial product type in the Silicon Valley market from South San Francisco to South San Jose.
As his career matured, investment sales also became a focus of his business! After 27 successful years at Grubb & Ellis, Burke moved over to CBRE where he continued on specializing in tenant rep, investment sales, and corporate acquisitions as well as dispositions of excess real estate. Recently, Burke moved over to the Kidder Mathews team to continue his career in these aspects of commercial real estate!
