Tim Weber

Tim Weber brings more than three decades of experience specializing in retail commercial real estate across the Puget Sound region, with deep expertise in tenant and landlord representation, as well as buyer and seller advisory services.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Tim spent 32 years with First Western Properties, where he served as President and Principal. In that role, he oversaw day-to-day operations while exclusively representing a wide range of local, regional, and national clients including 7-Eleven, Les Schwab Tires, Wells Fargo, Wendy’s, Starbird Chicken, Safelite, and The UPS Store.

Tim earned his Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management and Marketing from the University of Washington. He is deeply involved in his community and serves on the board of the One Eighty Foundation, which provides grants to organizations that positively impact the lives of children and families. He finds great fulfillment in mentoring others as they discover and pursue their passions and professional paths.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife Britt—his partner of over 36 years—and their family. Other interests include hands-on projects such as woodworking, tackling home improvements, and building military models.
