Ted Wall

Ted Wall is a Senior Vice President with Kidder Mathews Valuation Advisory Services in Phoenix.

Ted has performed valuations involving a wide variety of property types including complex cash flow properties (office, industrial, business parks, retail, shopping centers, etc.), apartments, condominiums, residential subdivisions, and master-planned communities, as well as smaller owner-use properties. Specialized appraisal assignments have included self-storage facilities, restaurants, cold storage, automotive dealerships and urban redevelopment sites.

Geographic appraisal experience has included most of the southwest states of the US, including Arizona, Utah, New Mexico and Nevada. Additionally, as a review appraiser for Western Alliance Bank, his geographic experience was expanded to include California, Texas and Florida. Current geographic coverage includes Arizona.

He previously served as VP, Senior Commercial Review Appraiser with Western Alliance Bank. Before that, he was a principal owner of Insight Valuation and Senior Managing Director of the Southwest United States Division at Grubb and Ellis Landauer.
