Carson has over 20 years in the real estate business and is currently a vice president at Kidder Mathews. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, he was a top-producing broker in Nevada, focusing on land, industrial, and investments starting in 2003. Within the last ten years, he shifted his geographic market expertise to Southern California. He brings a wealth of knowledge in real estate to his clients by leveraging his business experience and relationships within the industry. He serves local investors, national businesses, and international investors by bridging their investment goals with his real estate value proposition and knowledge.
Carson studied at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where he was one of 11 selected to enroll in their top-ranked industrial engineering program. He graduated with honors from the University of Illinois, Chicago with a double major in accounting and computer information systems in 1997. Carson also held his Series 7 and Series 63 financial licenses when he was a prop trader managing mini-hedge funds. Carson’s strong analytical, economic, and technical insight has proven strategic in serving his diverse clientele from various business sectors.
Carson loves to play golf and is a member at Aliso Viejo Country Club where he regularly plays with colleagues. He resides in Irvine with his wife, Angela, and their three boys.
