Alex Vasquez is a vice president at Kidder Mathews. He is based out of the company’s San Fernando Valley office, the newest of Kidder Mathews’ offices in the Los Angeles region. Alex specializes in the disposition and acquisition of investment properties. His primary focus is on retail properties, generally encompassing the Southern California region, though he and his team have transacted in markets outside of Southern California, as well. Alex has also assisted clients with transacting on other product types like multifamily, land, office and industrial, as well as executing leases for his clients.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Alex worked at CBRE’s West Los Angeles office for over seven years. Prior to that, he worked as an agent at Stevenson Real Estate Services in Glendale, CA, as well as Sperry Van Ness in Encino. Alex is part of a comprehensive retail team also based in Kidder Mathews El Segundo office. Additional past work experience includes his roles as salesperson and regional manager for the McGraw-Hill Companies educational publishing sector, and regional manager for the Downtown Newhall Revitalization Project in the city of Santa Clarita.
His team’s multi-faceted marketing system and approach is aimed at procuring multiple offers, which affords a seller to select a buyer with the best opportunity to execute and complete the transaction. With buyers, his team’s tactical approach is aimed to identify those properties that best fit the buyer’s criteria.
