Brad VanBlois

With more than 22 years of commercial real estate experience in office and retail leasing, investments, commercial appraisal and research, Brad brings large agency experience and expertise to Kidder Mathews. Brad has specialized in San Francisco’s greater downtown submarkets in Class A and B product, completing over 300 lease transactions totaling 2,000,000 square feet.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Brad led the listing management team for the boutique firm, Faller Real Estate and also enjoyed earlier success at Colliers, where he worked as a listing agent, acting on behalf of many institutional clients and many local prominent investors. Working primarily on the listing side, Brad instills an agency focus and keeps his clients’ best intentions in mind.

Before joining Colliers, Brad performed appraisal and consulting services for five years at Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in San Francisco high rise office buildings. Brad’s extensive downtown office appraisal experience is often used assisting clients effectively budget, market and lease their assets for optimal value.
