Allen Valdellon

Allen specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial, flex-office/R&D and retail buildings in Alameda County, Silicon Valley and throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area.

Allen started his real estate career in 1997 in the mortgage lending industry, working at several lending institutions prior to joining a very reputable residential and commercial mortgage brokerage firm in San Francisco. He quickly became their youngest partner by spearheading their expansion and lending network throughout Northern California. In opening their Sacramento offices, Allen was promoted to vice president and regional managing partner. He personally closed over 500 transactions while managing the firm’s Sacramento operations during his tenure there.

In 2008, Allen then expanded on his experience, joining Marcus & Millichap in Oakland, specializing in commercial real estate investment sales as part of their National Office & Industrial Properties Group. There he served private investors as well as local business owners, developers, and financial lending institutions, analyzing and valuating hundreds of properties along the I-880 corridor from Oakland down to San Jose.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews in 2022, other notable career highlights include working at Transwestern, where he was selected to serve on both their National Metals Team and National Food & Beverage Team, and prior to that working at NAI Northern California where he focused on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and investment sales of industrial, office, retail properties and distressed assets in Alameda County, Santa Clara County and the greater San Francisco Bay Area.
