Allen Valdellon

Allen Valdellon specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial, flex-office/R&D, and retail properties across Alameda County, Silicon Valley, and the greater San Francisco Bay Area.

Since joining Kidder Mathews in 2022, he has successfully represented a diverse range of clients, from tech startups and manufacturers to multi-market distributors and expanding e-commerce businesses. Most of his business comes from repeat clients and referrals, a testament to the trust he earns through dedicated client service, work ethic and ability to deliver results.

Before joining Kidder Mathews, Allen held brokerage roles at California Partners, Inc., Transwestern, NAI Northern California, and Marcus & Millichap. He has worked on national industry teams, specializing in industrial and retail asset acquisitions, dispositions, market lease-up strategies and distressed asset advisory. His expertise in complex transactions allows him to negotiate effectively and maximize value for his clients.

Allen began his career in residential and commercial lending, ultimately becoming the first minority and youngest vice president & regional managing partner at a respected West Coast mortgage brokerage. Over his tenure, he personally closed more than 500 transactions.

Outside of work, Allen enjoys exploring new restaurants, comedy clubs, watching movies and live music with his wife. His greatest passion is spending time with his two sons and being active in his community, having served as a school site council member and chairman, judging science fairs, and coaching basketball and baseball.
