Jordan currently holds the position of senior vice president and shareholder joining Kidder Mathews in 2019. Jordan co-leads a select team of professionals who specialize in an array of core services, including disposition and acquisition advisory, 1031 exchange transactions, sale-leasebacks, portfolio and valuation analysis, market and demographic evaluation, and financing of net leased investments throughout the United States.
Having positioned himself in Los Angeles, he is able to deploy “Coastal” client capital into secure, non-management intensive properties across the country. Jordan has helped everyone from institutions, REITs, developers, and private clients achieve their investment goals.
Jordan’s Silicon Valley experience has allowed him to be a true innovator in real estate brokerage. Prior to commercial real estate, Jordan was employee #15 at the world’s largest marketing technology company (recently acquired by Adobe for $4B) Jordan started his CRE career working with the top producer at Marcus & Millichap completing over $100M in sales in his first 12 months. Jordan was most recently a co-founder and top producer of Matthews REIS which he was instrumental in their growth from 5-150 agents, along with Barrington Capital Corp, their debt and equity platform.
Jordan is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and graduated from Arizona State University. He lives in Studio City with his wife Kristina.
