Ray Tuntland

Ray brings 28 years of commercial brokerage and development experience across an assortment of asset classes including retail, office, industrial, medical, self-storage, multifamily, hospitality, and senior living. Ray has years of office and retail leasing experience, primarily representing tenants. Most of his efforts are now directed at representing land buyers and tenants. Ray adds a tremendous amount of value with his vast experience in both brokerage and development.

Originally born and raised in Reno, Nevada, he went on to earn undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Ray remained in Las Vegas and began his commercial real estate career in 1995 by brokering industrial land for investment buyers and sellers. He then teamed with a colleague and found ‘Insight Development.’ Their first project was called, “Insight Aircenter Sunset.” The project was recognized by NAIOP as the best large-scale mixed-use office/warehouse development in Southern Nevada. Ray went on to create Tuntland Land & Development where he developed a variety of commercial projects along with some buyer representation brokerage. He returned to Reno in 2007 and gravitated to brokerage where he has remained active throughout the state of Nevada along with some brokerage in Utah and Kansas.
