Marc Trovato brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate expertise, specializing in office tenant advisory in San Francisco and throughout the Bay Area.
Known for his strong relationships and repeat client base, Marc has built a career on long-term service and results-driven execution. He is well respected within the brokerage community and maintains a reputation for professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity.
Marc joined Kidder Mathews in 2021 and earned Big Hitter awards in both 2023 and 2024, recognizing the firm’s top-producing brokers. Over the course of his career, he has completed more than five million square feet of lease transactions on behalf of local and national companies across a wide range of industries. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, he was a top producer in the San Francisco office of Cornish & Carey Commercial and later founded and operated his own boutique real estate advisory firm.
