Randolph C. Titzck

A 35-year veteran of the real estate industry, Randolph C. Titzck brings a comprehensive and extensive history of sales, marketing and industry experience to Kidder Mathews, Inc. As a leader in the commercial and retail land space, Randolph’s unparalleled experience and unique knowledge allows him to successfully represent his clients in large-scale land acquisitions, pad sales, building dispositions, and the repositioning of assets. Randolph also brings to Kidder Mathews, Inc a unique specialty in the telecommunications industry. Randolph has assisted clients throughout the US with the repositioning of cell towers, the valuations of cell towers, cellular roof mounted equipment, and cellular ground equipment.

Randolph spent the first 15 years of his career at Grubb and Ellis and was a Senior Marketing Consultant (“SMC”) and received numerous accolades including, Top Producer Retail Division, Phoenix office in 1998, 1999 and 2000, Top Five Producer Nationally in 1996, 1998, 1999 and 2000 and Circle of Excellence Award Winner in 1998, 1998 and 2000. Following Grubb and Ellis, Randolph joined the commercial and division of Land Advisors in Scottsdale, AZ. While there Randolph helped grown the Retail Land Division and assisted in the development and sale of major projects throughout the State of Arizona including the 114-acre community center in South Tucson anchored by Costco, Dave and Busters, Cinemark, Tuscon Marketplace at the Bridges, and Wal-Mart.

Randolph’s client base ranges from end users such as Wal-Mart, Kroger (Fry’s), Walgreen’s, CVS, and developers such as The Barclay Group, Kitchell Development, The Julian M. Geller Foundations, The Reeb Group, and many others.

Randolph has also consulted with entities such as the Salt River Pima Indian Community, The Tonto O’odham Nation, The Warton School of Business and a multitude of local and national financial institutions, government agencies, and investment firms.

Randolph has a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Arizona State University and has been a licensed Arizona real estate agent since 1986.
