Kane Thomas

Kane Thomas joined Kidder Mathews in 2015 as a property manager. Kane is responsible for the day-to-day property management duties for nearly 1 million square feet of office, retail, industrial, and medical buildings, including reviewing and approving annual CAM reconciliations, reviewing new leases and preparing lease abstracts, overseeing tenant improvement construction, and preparing monthly variance reports. Kane has been in the investment real estate management industry since 2003. He specializes in providing superb customer service, and creatively adding value to the assets in his portfolio.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Kane was a property manager for Bluestone & Hockley, managing a large portfolio of office, retail and industrial space. Previously, Kane was with The Management Group, where he managed significant homeowner associations.
