Jane Thomas

Jane Thomas is a senior property manager based in the firm’s San Diego office, where she oversees the management of a significant 250,000 square-foot premier four-building life science campus. Jane is responsible for the day-to-day management of all operations of the property, including oversight of office and engineering staff, attending construction meetings, development of tenant, service partner and client relations, as well as all financial and client reporting requirements.

Jane has over 12 years of commercial real estate experience in the San Diego area. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Jane was a real estate manager with CBRE, where she led the management of a diverse portfolio of approximately 2 million square feet, consisting of office, industrial, and retail properties throughout San Diego County.
