Ian specializes in both tenant and landlord representation and the sales/leasing of office and R&D/flex properties in the Tri-Valley area, including Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon, Livermore, Fremont & Newark.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews in 2019, Ian consistently earned Colliers’ Top Producers Trip selections along with Collier’s highest international honor, Everest Club. Prior to Colliers, Ian was regularly named a Top 5 Producer for the Pleasanton office of Cornish & Carey Commercial (KNF).

Ian has differentiated himself as one of the leading providers of tenant and landlord representation services to companies located in the Tri-Valley area. Ian has completed over 600+ lease/sale transactions totaling more than 2 million square feet and over $500+ million in gross consideration.

Additionally, if the transaction requires the involvement of outside experts in legal matters, space planning, or tenant improvement construction, Ian makes those resources readily available to
