Tim Thibodeaux

Tim Thibodeaux is a senior vice president with Kidder Mathews’ Valuation Advisory Services, overseeing appraisal operations throughout Nevada from the firm’s Reno office.

Tim also manages and performs valuation assignments in Arizona and California, providing clients with comprehensive appraisal and consulting services across the western region.

With more than 30 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate valuation, Tim specializes in income-producing properties, development projects, and complex or special-use assets. His work includes assignments for institutional lenders, investors, developers, attorneys, and government agencies.

Tim’s background combines extensive field experience with a commitment to regulatory compliance and market-supported analysis. He directs all aspects of the valuation process—proposal, inspection, financial modeling, and reporting— ensuring each assignment meets USPAP and FIRREA standards.

In addition to his valuation work, Tim contributes to Kidder Mathews’ regional growth through client relationship development, appraiser mentorship, and coordination of multi-state portfolio assignments.
