Bryan M. Teel

Bryan Teel has over 12 years of experience in commercial real estate in San Diego. He specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties and represents owners, buyers, and tenants with a primary focus in South San Diego County. Bryan currently assists clients with almost 2 million square feet of industrial properties.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Bryan worked as a director with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. He has completed several notable transactions over the course of his career, including a 200,000 SF lease representing Hamann Companies and a 56,000 SF build-to-suit for Goodwill. Bryan recently represented Panasonic in the sale of a 540,000 SF two building industrial project and a 230,000 SF lease in Otay Mesa.
