Jared Taylor joined the Valuation Advisory Services Group of Kidder Mathews in 2021 as an associate appraiser. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews as an associate, Jared served as an intern for the Portland office of the Kidder Mathews Valuation and Advisory Services Group – focusing on the development of regional and area analysis as well as supporting the investigation and analysis of various properties, property types and real estate sectors within the Portland Metro area. As a registered appraiser trainee, Jared has worked on multiple appraisal projects throughout Oregon and Washington including retail, office, industrial and multifamily properties, as well as mixed-use developments.

Jared is a Registered Appraiser Assistant in Oregon State (License No. AA03502) and a State Registered Real Estate Appraiser Trainee in Washington State (License No. 22007740).
