Represented PacTrust in the acquisition of +75 acres at Mill Creek Corporate Center in Salem, OR. The project now consists of approx. 700,000 SF of Class A business park space.

Represented Catellus (Prologis) in the acquisition of +275 acres at Airport Way and NE 185th. Kidder Mathews was involved in the initial lease up of +450,000 SF and also BTS projects and land sales totaling over 2 million SF

Represented the developer on acquiring 15 acres of land, selling a 303,000 SF Class A warehouse to Principal, and the representing Principal in the successful lease up of Cascade Distribution Center.

Represented a national developer in the acquisition of a 35 acre site. In a competitive bid process, Kidder Mathews provided detailed market information to justify market rents and activity. The project, Bridgepoint I5 will be 675,000 SF of speculative warehouses in an in-fill location providing best in class product.
NEW DEVELOPMENT
Represented a national developer in the acquisition of a very challenging 20 acre site. Kidder Mathews negotiated necessary time and economics to solve the wetland impacted site which will have 160,000 SF Class A warehouse.
LANDLORD REPRESENTATION
Kidder Mathews represented CBRE Global on a lease up of 320,000 SF Cameron Distribution Center to two Tenants, Ashley Furniture and Young’s Market. Then Kidder Mathews successfully subleased the Ashley Furniture space shortly thereafter.

Kidder Mathews partnered with a national broker, Jackson & Cooksey, to secure an approximately 170,000 SF specialized facility for McLane Food Service. The initial search included existing and proposed buildings. Ultimately the client purchased land to construct their state of the art facility.
