Since joining Kidder Mathews in 2011, Allison has valued a broad range of commercial property types, including office, multifamily, industrial, retail, self-storage, educational and religious facilities, automobile dealerships, large-scale land holdings, and other special-purpose properties. Her experience includes easements, temporary construction easements, restrictive covenants, retrospective valuations, partial interest valuations, and before-and-after analyses, often involving detailed highest and best use considerations and legal or physical constraints.
Allison regularly provides litigation support services to attorneys, property owners, public agencies, and accountants. Her experience includes mediation support, depositions, and consulting in advance of settlement or trial. She routinely prepares appraisal reports intended for legal and regulatory review and supports valuation conclusions in contested environments.
Her appraisal experience spans the State of Washington, with a primary focus in King, Snohomish, Pierce, Thurston, Skagit, and Whatcom counties.
Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies, Cum Laude, from the University of Arizona, where she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. She is a State of Washington Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and a Candidate for Designation (MAI) with the Appraisal Institute.
