Tyson Switzenberg

Tyson Switzenberg joins Kidder Mathews as an executive vice president with over 20 years of experience. He specializes in tenant representation, land acquisitions and agency leasing. His vast experience has enabled him to develop and maintain strong retailer relationships at the national, regional and local level. He helps retailers identify and secure optimal locations to reach customers and drive value for their organization.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Tyson was the managing director for the retail brokerage department with JLL. Tyson also started SR Commercial Real Estate, where he served as partner from 2008 to 2013, specializing in landlord representation, tenant representation, real estate marketing and land acquisitions.

In Tyson’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and watching the Arizona Diamondbacks.
