Dana Summers

Dana Summers is a senior vice president with Kidder Mathews. He has over 24 years of commercial real estate experience and specializes in the sale of self-storage properties across the U.S. Over the course of his career, Dana has been involved in structuring and closing approximately $10 billion in capital markets and sale transactions throughout Arizona and the U.S. He has built a strong reputation with private capital markets, family offices, syndicators, REITs, pension funds, endowment funds, financial institutions, servicers, and institutional investors. Dana works closely with over 250 of the largest self-storage owners and operators in the country, maintaining a national presence.

Before joining Kidder Mathews, Dana served as a senior vice president at Northmarq and led the self-storage investment team. He also had a previous 20-year career at CBRE.
