Known for her strong organizational skills and relationship-driven approach, Abby manages all facets of day-to-day operations, including budgeting, vendor oversight, lease administration, capital projects, and tenant and client relations.
With over seven years of commercial property management experience, Abby brings deep expertise across industrial, office, and mixed-use assets. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, she managed 2.6 million square feet of industrial properties for a national private equity logistics platform and prior to that supported and managed a combined 9 million-square-foot industrial portfolio.
Abby is a licensed Washington State broker and a graduate of Gonzaga University, where she earned a degree in economics with a minor in religious studies. She joined Kidder Mathews in 2025 and is recognized for her dependable leadership, tenant-focused service, and commitment to operational excellence.
