Ian Stevenson

Ian Stevenson specializes in the sales, acquisition, leasing, and investment of industrial real estate throughout the South Bay marketplace.

In his first year as a runner with Kidder Mathews, Ian mentored under renowned brokers Robert Thornburgh and Marc Bonando. Ian was recognized for his outstanding achievements in the subsequent year, when he was awarded the distinction of Kidder Mathews Rookie of the Year. This is a prestigious award given to the year-one individual with a high level of production, who demonstrates a relentless dedication to his client’s interests, ethical brokerage, and to being a great representative of what Kidder Mathews stands for.

Since then, Ian has quickly risen through the ranks to senior associate and now associate vice president. Today, he translates that same enthusiasm into successful results for those valued clients he serves.

Ian works diligently to maintain a proprietary landlord and tenant information database for more than 1200 industrial buildings in the South Bay. He believes informed real estate decisions come from accurate data, honest brokerage, and the strength of your business relationships – whether in leasing, disposition, or acquisition, the right team makes all the difference.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Ian spent two summers working for Heger Industrial in Long Beach, while also finishing his degree at the University of California, Berkeley. Go Bears!
