Peter Stalick is an executive vice president and shareholder at Kidder Mathews with more than 25 years of experience specializing in the leasing and sales of industrial, flex, and land properties.

A native Oregonian and University of Oregon graduate, Peter began his real estate career in Portland in 2000. He joined Kidder Mathews soon after the firm opened its Portland office and has since spent 22 years working alongside Steven Klein. Known for his client‑focused approach and ability to navigate complex transactions, Peter brings a broad and complementary skill set spanning leasing, sales, land acquisition, underwriting, development, construction, and marketing. This depth of expertise enables him to deliver comprehensive, strategic guidance on every assignment.

Peter’s long‑term, relationship‑driven approach has allowed him and his team to serve as trusted advisors to a wide range of clients. Since 2019, they have completed more than 280 sale and lease transactions totaling over 26.3 million square feet, with total consideration exceeding $905 million.

His achievements have earned significant industry recognition. He was named Industrial Broker of the Year by CAB and NAIOP in 2021, and his team has been honored as Industrial Team of the Year in six of the past seven years.
