Sherwin, a Los Angeles native, graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History, specializing in the cyclical economic nature of the United States economy. Since receiving his degree, Sherwin has worked in law and real estate, giving him a diverse and unique set of skills that give his clients an advantage in every transaction.
Sherwin has a client-centered and relationship-driven approach where he is involved in every step of the transaction, from underwriting to aggressive marketing efforts to closing escrow.
