Daniel Solomon is a vice president at Kidder Mathews, specializing in healthcare real estate. Daniel assists clients in the disposition and acquisition of medical office buildings – representing private clients, doctors, developers, and larger REITs as well.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Daniel worked as a senior associate at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, where he exclusively completed a considerable amount of healthcare real estate transactions. Prior to that, Daniel was a financial analyst at Bedrock Properties Group where he directed his efforts in identifying market trends and targeted locations for new commercial real estate developments. He then worked at Uncommon Developers where he supervised construction and assisted in underwriting and due diligence in the acquisition process of properties in Los Angeles.
