Over the past 15 years Corey has specialized in conducting commercial lease and sale transactions for landlords/sellers and tenants/buyers in Seattle and surrounding submarkets. Since 2001, he has successfully negotiated hundreds of transactions on behalf of his clients. As a result of this experience, Corey’s clients receive consistent, reliable and professional representation, helping the client save time and money with their commercial real estate.
Corey began his career with Kidder Mathews as an appraiser engaged in the analysis of full or partial fee simple, leased fee and leasehold interest in existing and proposed properties. The property types analyzed included office, industrial, flex, and vacant land. The experience forged an understanding for the valuation, market analysis, acquisition, sale, leasing, development and financing of investment grade real estate.
Corey received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Real Estate Finance from Washington State University.
