Julie Silvers is responsible for the overall branch office operations, quality control and service delivery of Kidder Mathews Property Management Services. In that capacity, she oversees the Property Management accounting group, the human resources function for the Property Management Division and coordinates the activities of the Engineering Department and the Customer Service Center. Julie is a shareholder in the firm and joined Kidder Mathews in 1994.
Julie has been in the property management industry since 1975. Her over 40 years of hands on Property Management experience includes management of many types of commercial real estate, including Class “A” office, CBD high rise office, medical/dental office, high tech research and laboratory facilities, and retail operations. In previous positions, Julie has also managed a portfolio of high end multi-family assets.
Julie has been a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) since 1984, and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since 2005. She holds a Washington real estate license. Julie is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and the Washington Association of Realtors. Appointed by the Pierce County Executive, she is former Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Pierce County Library System.
