Colt Sherrell is an industrial broker in Kidder Mathews’ Bellevue office, specializing in leasing, sales and tenant representation throughout the Puget Sound region.

Colt works with both property owners and occupiers, providing strategic guidance on site selection, lease negotiations, and asset positioning.

He takes a relationship-driven and results-focused approach, helping clients navigate market conditions while identifying opportunities to maximize value and efficiency. His experience representing both landlords and tenants gives him a well-rounded perspective on each transaction, ensuring his clients are positioned to make informed decisions.

Known for his strong work ethic, responsiveness, and attention to detail, Colt is committed to delivering a high level of service and execution at every stage of the deal process.

Outside of real estate, Colt played collegiate golf at the University of Idaho and earned a degree in Marketing & Entrepreneurship. He enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors.
