Bob Shepherd

Bob specializes in leasing and sales of office and R&D buildings, with extensive experience in both tenant and landlord representation.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Bob worked for Avison Young and Colliers International for the past four decades. He brings a well-rounded approach to his clients being in the commercial real estate industry. In the thirty-two years Bob served as Executive Vice President at Colliers International, he was in the prestigious President’s Club every year. He has leased and sold over 5,000,000 square feet of commercial buildings and land.

Bob enjoys various athletic activities including skiing, tennis, and running. He has completed 11 marathons and ran the Boston Marathon in 2021. He and his wife, Tami, reside in Saratoga where they raised their four children. Bob recently returned from his third Semester At Sea, a university on a ship with 450 students circumnavigating the globe.
