His primary focus is assisting institutions, high-net-worth individuals, and private capital groups in purchasing and selling multifamily investment properties and high-density urban development sites. Before his current role, Pete was executive director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he partnered with Kim Grant to form a successful multifamily team. Together, they facilitated apartment sales transactions exceeding $3 billion and 1.7 million square feet of urban land. Pete’s career also includes a distinguished tenure as a top-performing broker at Kidder Mathews before his return to the firm.
