Kevin Sheehan is the managing director for Kidder Mathews in the Sacramento region. In his role he combines management support to the office while specializing in brokerage services to clients with a focus on office leasing and sales, land sales and investment sales.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Kevin worked as the managing director for Voit Real Estate Services for five years and was responsible for the Sacramento region and Reno. Prior to that, Mr. Sheehan was a senior vice president in brokerage for CB Richard Ellis for 23 years. Throughout his brokerage career, Kevin has specialized in landlord and tenant representation for commercial properties and land in both a leasing and sales capacity. Mr. Sheehan was a perennial top five producer for 21 consecutive years with CBRE and was a previous ACRE Broker of the Year in Sacramento.
Kevin Sheehan is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).
