Michael is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Washington. He attended Washington State University and Central Washington University, became a seasoned member of Kappa Sigma, Gamma-Mu Chapter, and continues to participate in various philanthropic ventures.

Michael Shaheen is senior vice president and market leader in Kidder Mathews’ Tacoma office. Michael began his property management career in 2015, managing his family’s small retail portfolio. His proficiencies include client relations, operational management, business planning, cyclical accounting execution, construction management, and leasing.
Michael’s experience includes managing over 15 million square feet of Class A industrial and office assets throughout the West Coast, in addition to over 350 commercial tenants. Michael’s background focuses primarily on third party management for well-established institutional clientele and overseeing numerous large-scale improvement and construction projects throughout his career, such as wetland critical area plantings, make-ready renovations, and tenant improvements.
