Cameron Shafer

Cameron Shafer joined Kidder Mathews’ brokerage division in 2013. He focuses on both tenant and landlord representation, specializing in the implementation of creative real estate strategies to meet the unique needs of each client. Working with both mature corporations across a number of industries as well as growing technology companies, his experience encompasses a wide array of successful transactions including expansions, relocations, consolidations, build-to-suits, multi-market searches, building purchases/sales, and lease restructures. Cameron’s ability to lead complex negotiations and help his clients navigate the challenges of the commercial real estate world has quickly established him as one of San Francisco’s most highly respected brokers, with his team completing over $1B in transaction volume.

Cameron is a San Francisco native, splitting his time between the technology-booming city and the Napa Valley, where his family runs Shafer Vineyards. He explores all that the Bay Area has to offer through year-round trail running, skiing and cycling and regularly participates in ultra-endurance events.
