Cameron Shafer joined Kidder Mathews’ brokerage division in 2013, where he focuses on both tenant and landlord representation.

Cameron specializes in implementing creative real estate strategies to meet each client’s unique needs. With his experience working with mature corporations across several industries and growing technology companies, his expertise encompasses a wide array of successful transactions, including expansions, relocations, consolidations, build-to-suits, multi-market searches, building purchases/sales, and lease restructures. Cameron’s ability to lead complex negotiations and help his clients navigate the challenges of the commercial real estate world has quickly established him as one of San Francisco’s most highly respected brokers, with his team completing over $1 billion in transaction volume.

Cameron is a San Francisco native, splitting his time between the technology-booming city and the Napa Valley, where his family runs Shafer Vineyards. He explores all that the Bay Area has to offer through year-round trail running, skiing, and cycling and regularly participates in ultra-endurance events.
