Eugenia Seraia

Eugenia Seraia is a senior property manager in Kidder Mathews’ San Jose office, overseeing a dynamic portfolio of office and industrial assets throughout the Bay Area.

Eugenia brings over eight years of experience in commercial property management, with a proven track record managing a wide range of asset types, including office, retail, and industrial properties.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Eugenia worked at a Palo Alto-based property services firm, where she managed more than 350,000 square feet of office, retail, and industrial space for private clients and supported more than 50 tenants in all aspects of day-to-day operations. Her expertise includes lease administration and renewals, tenant retention, vendor management, capital project coordination, financial reporting, annual budgeting, and client relations.
