These include investor consulting with customized solutions, financing, tenant and landlord representation, the latest market information, transaction analysis, and more.
Before Kidder Mathews, Gabriel’s foundation in real estate began at a young age learning the basics working with his grandfather at Sahagun Properties in San Francisco. Following college, Gabriel managed and operated multiple family businesses throughout the Bay Area for several years allowing him to gain intimate knowledge and first-hand experience as an owner-user. Gabriel was also an associate and member of the multi-housing division at Marcus and Millichap. He partnered with multifamily specialist Louis Kwok and led the team’s mixed-use division.
In addition, Gabriel possesses a bachelor’s degree from Sonoma State University and a Master of Arts degree from Saint Mary’s College, California. Born and raised in San Francisco and now residing in the East Bay, Gabriel has extensive knowledge of Bay Area markets. He is hardworking, competitive, and devoted to his clients. Gabriel’s talents, education, and personal experience in management and ownership allow him to understand his clients and identify investment opportunities that best fit their goals.
Gabriel and his fiancée reside in Lafayette, CA. He enjoys spending time with friends and family, coaching a local high school baseball team, and working on his classic car.
