Shelley is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Washington and in 2009 she obtained her Real Property Administration (RPA®) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute International (BOMI).
Shelley Ryan leads Kidder Mathews’ asset services capabilities from the firm’s office in South Seattle and is responsible for overall quality in service delivery in the South Seattle Market. Shelley started with Kidder Mathews in 1989 and over the course of her career has overseen 2 million square feet of industrial and office properties. In addition, Shelley manages Kidder Mathews’ AAA Washington portfolio, which includes 25 locations totaling over 255,000 square feet throughout the Puget Sound region.
Shelley’s clients have been a diverse group ranging from individuals, corporations, and municipalities to institutions with sophisticated reporting and accounting requirements. In addition to traditional operations and financial reporting responsibilities associated with property management, Shelley has also provided leadership and oversight in the areas of re-financing and capital and tenant improvements, and has led various due diligence processes on newly acquired properties.
Shelley’s background includes extensive experience with leading client relations, new business development, portfolio management, financial reporting, budgeting, operating expense reconciliations, implementing best practices, and project management oversight.
As a shareholder in the firm, Shelley is focused on the financial performance of the assets she manages, effective collaboration with her Kidder Mathews partners, and profitability in the Asset Services division.
