Chad T. Russell

Chad Russell has a comprehensive and extensive history of sales, marketing, and industry experience acquired during 24 years in the real estate industry.

Chad has a well-established career and background in retail and commercial land representation, assisting in the leasing, sale and ground-up development of shopping centers and retail pads, as well as the sale of commercially zoned and improved land to users, investors, and speculators.

Before joining Kidder Mathews, Chad was a senior retail land broker at Land Advisors from 2010 to 2022. Previously he had been vice president of the retail/commercial division at Hogan & Associates, Inc. for seven years, and before that was a senior associate in the retail division at Grubb & Ellis for three years.

Chad’s client base ranges from end users such as Wal-Mart, Kroger (Fry’s), Walgreen’s, CVS, Superstar Car Wash and developers such as The Barclay Group, Kitchell Development, The Julian M. Geller Foundations, Diversified Partners ,The Reeb Group, and many others.

Chad has a Bachelor of Science degree in real estate and finance from Arizona State University and has been a licensed Arizona real estate agent since 1999.
