Brandon Rogness

Brandon Rogness is a property manager in our Tacoma office, where he manages office, retail, and industrial properties in the South Puget Sound market.

Brandon’s portfolio responsibilities include financial reporting, vendor coordination, client and tenant interactions, and management of day-to-day property operations. With over nine years of property management experience, Brandon specializes in delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the value of his clients’ assets.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, he was a commercial asset manager for Palladium Real Estate Services, where he oversaw five commercial assets and managed relationships with hundreds of tenants, clients, and vendors.

Brandon excels in providing high-level customer service, earning positive feedback from both clients and tenants.
