Brandon Rogness

Brandon Rogness leads the Asset Services team at Kidder Mathews in Tacoma, which manages office, retail, and industrial properties across the South Puget Sound area.

With over nine years of experience in property management, he has developed a strong expertise in optimizing operational efficiencies, maintaining high tenant satisfaction, and maximizing the long-term value of his clients’ assets.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Brandon served as a commercial asset manager for Palladium Real Estate Services, where he successfully oversaw five commercial properties. In this role, he was responsible for managing complex lease negotiations, coordinating maintenance and capital improvement projects, and fostering strong relationships with hundreds of tenants, clients, and vendors. His ability to anticipate and address property management challenges has been instrumental in enhancing property performance and client satisfaction.
