Nick Robertson

Nick Robertson is a property manager in Kidder Mathews’ Tacoma office. Nick began his career in property management in 2016 as a portfolio assistant. Nick’s passion for the industry, along with his dedication and hard work, afforded Nick the opportunity to advance to the role of operations manager in 2019, and property manager in 2021. Nick’s financial acumen, organizational skills, commitment to customer service, and exposure to all classes of commercial real estate are just a few of the strengths he brings to each assignment. Nick has experience working with MRI, Yardi, and Skyline property management accounting softwares.
 

Education

Nick holds a real estate broker license in the state of Washington and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Washington, with a major in finance and a minor in economics.
