Matthew Renshaw

Matthew Renshaw is a senior vice president and office tenant advisory specialist with Kidder Mathews. He began his brokerage career in 2000 at CBRE, where he served as vice president and spent 15 years focusing on office transactions. Following his time at CBRE, Matthew opened a new office for CB Commercial as managing principal. Before joining Kidder Mathews, he was managing principal for SVN Commercial.

Over the course of his career, he has brokered over 11,000,000 square feet of office space. His clients include Verizon, General Motors Acceptance Corporation (acquired by Ally Financial), Union Bank (recently purchased by US Bank), Bank One, and Mizuho Financial Group. He also provided pro bono brokerage services to the Special Olympics.

Mathew has forged strong relationships with tenants and landlords in the marketplace due to his exacting focus on and understanding of his clients’ needs.

Prior to commercial real estate, he worked in the software industry in San Francisco.
